CarricDesign is my way of expressing two passions—visual communication and technology.
For as long as I can remember, I have experimented with and been intrigued by communication done through visual media. Deliberate design continues to fascinate me, as we learn what drives desired behaviour in human beings.
While I have an honours degree in Geography from the University of Western Ontario, I have been most fortunate to have had opportunities over the past 25 years to gain a real–world education in many different types of media (print, photography, video, Power Point, web design).
In 2005 I went back to school to complete a diploma in Web Design and Production, because I realized that I had found the perfect world for me—visual and technical!
It would be my pleasure to meet with you and talk about your website needs.

CarricDesign is happy to be a part of changing the world by helping to making it better in one little corner of the world, through an organization called ‘Hearts for Change’.

We did it!
We are very pleased to announce that a website designed by CarricDesign was featured in the January 2007 issue of Practical Web Design. The article was part of a design challenge that rated sites based on a combination of design, usability, accessibility and content.
CarricDesign's website, designed for Bayridge Alliance Church, collected 71 out of a possible 100 points, making it the top-rated site for January.
